PiYo is a music driven, athletic workout! This format is inspired by Pilates and Yoga. It includes flexibility training, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. This is for all levels, offering modifications and progressions for all levels.
Fierce Funk is a new, exciting dance-fitness program founded by Pepper Von, one of the most respected and creative dance-fitness practitioners. Pepper’s creation combines a street style funk movement with a contemporary hip-hop feel, for an inspiring, fun and complete workout. The Fierce Funk culture is not just fitness and dance, it is a moving energy intended to refresh the spirit with fun, fulfilment and love so Fierce Funk participants are more healthy and happy.
INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.This work out does not require any equipment and is for all fitness levels. This class is offered to age 18 and up.

BARRE is a fusion of Ballet and Yoga! Its a total body conditioning workout for ALL Levels that will Tone and Strengthen! NO Ballet experience is required.
